The Residency is Chez Thiara's annual membership for a small number of people who belong in the room and want to stay there. It is not a subscription to a service. It is a permanent relationship with a world that moves at the highest level, built around the people who shape it.
Residents are considered first for every gathering, invited to events that never appear publicly, and connected to a community of peers that exists nowhere else. Membership is by application, at our discretion, and subject to an annual fee. There is no waiting list. There is only consideration.

Residents are approached before any event is announced publicly. For invitation-only gatherings, your consideration comes first. Your place is offered before the form opens to anyone else.

Not every Chez Thiara gathering appears on the website. Some are convened quietly, for a very small number of people, around a specific conversation. Available only to Residents.

Once a year, Chez Thiara brings Residents together for a multi-day gathering arranged and hosted entirely by us. The destination and format change. The standard does not.

A private channel for Residents only. Direct introductions to fellow members made personally and with care. One guest pass per year for any non-invitation-only event.

The Residency Annual
The Annual is Chez Thiara's flagship event and the centrepiece of The Residency. A gathering for members, built around a destination and a moment that matters. Travel, accommodation, dining and programming are arranged and hosted by Chez Thiara. A box at Wimbledon for two weeks of tennis hospitality with industry leaders. A yacht at Cannes Lions for the week. A villa residency built around a theme and the right people in the same place at the same time. The format is chosen for what it makes possible. The standard doesn't change.
Programming is built around genuine conversations, the CMO of a major platform, the head of a global creative agency, a founder who changed an industry, in the kind of setting where people say things they wouldn't say on a stage. Catering, hospitality and production at the level the event demands. This is the room you want to be in.
